Epping locals refusing to pay council tax until the migrant hotel is emptied

1st Sep 25 12:08 pm

Anger is growing daily in Epping over the migrant hotel and locals have come forward saying that they will now refuse to pay their council tax until the asylum seekers are kicked out.

One person expressed their frustration and fears and has said they are happy to risk going to prison (if there is any space) as they have had enough of the migrants.

Last Friday Labour lefty High Court judge ruled with two others to reverse the injunction that now blocks the illegal migrants from being evicted by 12 September.

The Bell Hotel in Epping has seen many protests after an Ethiopian man, Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, 38, was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year old girl and a woman, he is currently standing trial.

A mother of three who lives in Epping, said she feels โ€œvery vulnerable,โ€ Sarah White added, โ€œWhat is the point of paying our council tax if it is being directly used to fund a place which houses alleged sex attackers?,โ€ GB News reported.

โ€œOur taxes are funding the hotel, the police and all the costs associated with it. That’s not what it should be for.”

Another resident who wants to remain anonymous said, “The feeling is so strong that the threat of prison does not worry me. I will go to jail for this.”

Last Friday the Reform UK leader Nigel Farage blasted the High Courtโ€™s ruling allowing โ€œillegal migrantsโ€ to continue to stay at the Bell Hotel in Epping.

The Home Office suggested on Friday at the High Court that the โ€œhuman right ofย migrantsย by putting them in hotels outweighs the safety concerns of local families.โ€

Chaos will no doubt break outย across the UK as the decision will open the floodย gates even further as more illegal migrants will now paddle like the clappers to get into Britain.

Theย Home Officeย played the human rights card as lawyers argued that the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) takes precedent over taxpaying residents in towns and cities across the UK.

This ruling and the Home Office arguments put forward will anger people even further as tempers are reaching boiling point, manyย people are warningย that this is far from over.

Theย Reform UK leader is furious and slammed Labourย as they have used โ€œECHR against the people of Epping.โ€

Farage raged, โ€œIllegalย migrants have more rights than the Britishย people under Starmer.โ€

The deputy Reform leader Richard Tice said that the Hough Court judges andย Labour have taken the side of โ€œillegal migrants against Britishย people,โ€ he added, โ€œOnly Reform UK can be trusted to end this insanity.โ€
