Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) has carried out a cyberattack at a major Russian drone supplier which has “paralyzed” operations at Gaskar Group.

Gaskar integration Group is one of Russia’s largest drone suppliers to the Russian Armed Forces, a source within the HUR told the Kyiv Independent.

Ukraine’s military intelligence gained access to more than 47 terabytes of technical information which shows the production of how Russian drones are made and function, it has been claimed that Gaskar’s servers were destroyed along with 10 terabytes of backup copies.

A source said, “The stolen data includes confidential questionnaires of the company’s employees, and most importantly, full technical documentation on the production of drones, which was handed over to the relevant specialists of the Ukrainian Defence Forces said.”

Ukraine’s successful cyberattack has crippled all operations at Gaskar’s development center.
