In the Russian occupied city of Melitopol Ukrainian forces launched a deadly HIMAR attack destroying a barracks.

There were 10 explosions which ripped through military infrastructure killing many Russian troops, Ukrainian officials confirmed on Sunday.

A former resort and hotel complex were also destroyed in the HIMAR attacks and the church in the city was obliterated which was used a barracks by Russian troops.

Yevgeny Balitsky, the Moscow-appointed governor of the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, said on Telegram, “Air defence systems destroyed two missiles, four reached their targets,” he added that Ukrainian forces destroyed a “recreation centre” where people were eating.

Ukraine had also attacked Crimea, and the cities of Sevastopol and Simferopol in their overnight bombardment.
