Ukrainian intelligence launches a massive hack on Russian television to show Russian citizens the “reality” of Vladimir Putin’s war.
The Kyiv Post was told by sources from the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) their cyber specialists hacked into the servers of Russian TV showing all of Russia videos and details of Putin’s was in Ukraine.
The source told publication “HUR ‘hacked’ Russian television and exposed the reality of the war [to its people].”

“These countermeasures were not enough to prevent HUR’s cyber specialists from maintaining access to the television companies’ servers,” the source added.
RBC-Ukraine‘s sources from the HUR said that videos were shown three times during prime time on Russian TV.
The videos were shown on Eurasia First Channel, Pervouralsk TV as well as others forcing them to cease broadcasting.
