Yet again thousands of NatWest customers are experiencing issues with their mobile banking on Friday morning leaving them unable to see their accounts.

Last month on Black Friday customers were unable to use their online banking and mobile app, as the bank’s website went down.

As thousands are out Christmas shopping many customers are forced to go into their branch to see their latest transactions or are using telephone banking.

NatWest’s service page said, “Some customers aren’t currently able to view their credit card information on our mobile app or Online Banking.

“We’re working hard to fix this, sorry if it’s causing you any issues. In the meantime, if you need a balance enquiry or any of your credit card information you can telephone us on 0370 333 9091.”
