Eurostar expects to resume services on Saturday between London and Paris

Eurostar has said in a statement that they are expecting to resume services between London and Paris and they will run one extra service in both directions on Saturday.

On Friday morning all 32 trains were cancelled after an unexploded World War II bomb was found near to tracks in Paris.

Thousands of people had their travels plans ruined as a result.

Eurostar said in a statement, โ€œEurostar sincerely apologises for the disruption and understands the inconvenience this may cause.

โ€œWe appreciate everyoneโ€™s patience and co-operation during this time.โ€
